Amybeth McNulty, an Irish-Canadian actor. She is most famous for her starring performance as Anne Shirley on the CBC/Netflix Drama Series Anne with an E. The drama is based on Lucy Maud Montgomery's novel Anne of Green Gables from 1908. Amybeth McNulty grew up in Milford County Donegal Ireland. Her father is Irish as is her mother Canadian. Amybeth is an Irish woman. At the age of 2023, Amybeth turns twenty-one. She was born and raised in Donegal in Ireland. She holds dual citizenship with Canada and Ireland. Her natural hair color is blonde. Anne has a strong bond with Gilbert Blythe. Gilbert is a two-year older student than Anne who had to drop out of school because his father became sick. Gilbert taunted Anne by calling her Carrots at the school's first class meeting. Amybeth McNulty plays Anne, an abandoned 13 year old girl with a history filled with abuse at the orphanages and houses. Anne ends up living in Prince Edward Island with her older siblings, Marilla and Matthew Cuthbert. The show ends in 1919 and Gilbert and Anne remain happily together. Gilbert is 55 years old and remains attracted to Anne.
